This course will expose the student to fundamental watershed management & assessment techniques and data analysis. This course includes a major hands on component which includes conducting an actual field survey. After completion of this course the student will be able to identify point-source and non-point source contaminants along with demonstrate basic sampling and analytical procedures as it relates to surface water and storm water runoff.
